Ordering Procedure

When you place an order for Read, Practice, and Improve Club, you are offering to purchase the subscription service on these Terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order, or any part of your order at any given time.

General Conditions

All items purchased are for the sole use of the registered user or subscriber (individual or organizational) as the case may be, and are for private and domestic use only. The registered user undertakes not to copy, distribute, share, or otherwise broadcast any items purchased from ALLanguageCafe.com.

Privacy

As part of the registration process, all users must define a username, provide a valid email address and create a password. It is the responsibility of the registered user to ensure that every effort is made to keep the registration details secure and not to disclose them to anyone. This membership site is non-transferable and therefore usernames cannot be transferred and registered users must not permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone other than themselves to use their username and password for the purchase of items.

It is the responsibility of the registered user to keep the username, password, and contact details up-to-date and safe.

Communication Privacy

As part of the membership, you agree to receive emails regarding your membership. For example (but not limited to) membership confirmation, renewal reminders, updates, etc.

Processing

Items are generally available from their release date; occasionally, unknown or technical reasons may result in a delay in registered users being able to access the item. In this case, know that everything promised on the sales page will ultimately be delivered. ALLanguageCafe will make all reasonable endeavors to resolve any technical or unknown issues as soon as possible. Equipment

Read, Practice, and Improve Club Members are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service necessary for use of Read, Practice, and Improve Club.

The service to download content, including but not limited to digital books, Speaking Activities books, and story audio files, is facilitated through Google Drive. Registered users are solely responsible for ensuring they can access the Google service, particularly users living in the People's Republic of China who must ensure they have a VPN or other applications to connect to Google.

Read, Practice, and Improve Club – Subscription Service

Payment

Read, Practice, and Improve Club is an online subscription service that has a quarterly (billed every 90 days) payment option. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method without notice every quarter until you cancel. When you purchase the products or the service of Read, Practice, and Improve Club it is with the understanding that you will automatically get charged quarterly (billed every 90 days) unless you cancel.

If you cancel your subscription to the Read, Practice, and Improve Club or stop paying the quarterly renewal fee, you acknowledge that you will forfeit any discounts or special offers that you have received, including but not limited to the quarterly renewal fee discount and all other discounts. If you decide to rejoin the Read, Practice, and Improve Club after cancellation, you will pay at the rate we offer at the time of your repurchase.

Prices quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT and represent the price that will be charged to the registered user’s selected payment method (PayPal balance, credit or debit card) at the point of sale and for recurrent charges.

Subscription Terms

Your Read, Practice, and Improve Club subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew every 90 days without notice until you cancel.

Product

The Read, Practice, and Improve Club product includes access to our entire digital library of previously published stories and 25 new stories every quarter. Our stories will be delivered through the membership site. As a subscription service, access is not granted for life. When you cancel your subscription, your access to the previously published stories and future new stories will be revoked immediately.

If you cancel your subscription to the Read, Practice, and Improve Club or stop paying the quarterly renewal fee, you acknowledge that you will forfeit any discounts or special offers that you have received, including but not limited to the quarterly renewal fee discount and all other discounts. If you decide to rejoin the Read, Practice, and Improve Club after cancellation, you will pay at the rate we offer at the time of your repurchase.

Anything else that was promised in the past or is added in the future as extra content (including, but not limited to, member events/challenges, eBooks, Speaking Activities eBooks, audio files, etc.) are considered an add-on. We are always striving to improve our products and the services we offer. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, eliminate, suspend, or add any supplementary content, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

When signing up for the Read, Practice, and Improve Club, you are enrolling in an automatically recurring quarterly subscription (billed every 90 days). You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account page, which will also stop the recurring payments. When you cancel your subscription to the Read, Practice, and Improve Club, your access to our digital content library will be revoked immediately.

Refund Policy

Our products are digital and can be downloaded to the user's device once the initial payment is processed. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any subscriptions. This means that you can cancel the service and stop paying the renewal fee for future days, but once the payment is processed, no refunds will be provided.
